Maximum of 5 riders per session. Individualized training — not a crowded class.

Small Group Sessions are intended to pair similar skill levels and bike size. Classes are open for racers or vetted riders. If you're unsure if a class is right for you, contact us or book a private session if it's your first time at Ivyhill!

Every session is recorded for review between sessions.

Pricing

Take a look at the pricing calculator to price out your training session. All training sessions start at a minimum of 2 hours. We offer discounts to riders who continue with their training within a 30 day time period. We also offer an additional discount for family members.

Class Schedule
Before class
Arrival & Gate Check-In
Arrive at least 30 minutes before class. Riders are encouraged to warm up and get familiar with the track before class starts.

Warm-Up
Structured warm-up led by your coach. Get used to track conditions and give the coach a chance to study your riding before starting 🤘

Training block 1
Technical & Section Work
Focused coaching on technique, specific track sections, and skill development drills tailored to your class level.

Break
Break
Hydrate, rest, and debrief with your coach on the first block before heading back out.

Training block 2
Technical & Section Work
Apply what you worked on in block one. Emphasis on consistency, flow, and putting it all together on the track.

Open Track Riding
Class ends — track stays open. Stay on and ride as long as you like.
